• Property Owners Annual Meeting at BP Energy Center: May 27, 2025, Doors open at 5:30, meeting starts at 6pm.
• The yearly garage sale: June 7, 2025 from 10-3.

Property Owners’ Meeting

Our yearly meeting of the minds! This is our annual meeting for all property owners to discuss any ongoing issues, especially larger-scale ones like Municipal laws and development, and other local government impacts on our little slice of paradise.

Details: BP Energy Center on May 27, 2025. Doors open at 5:30, meeting starts at 6.

While all are welcome, in order to be able to vote, you must have paid your yearly dues before the meeting. To pay, please visit our Dues page and follow the instructions for your preferred method of payment.

Remember, you have a voice even if you don’t own property. Please simply go to our Contact page and send us a message!

Garage Sale

An excellent time to be had by all, clean out your garage, meet your neighbors and make another’s trash your treasure! This is open to all residents, whether or not they’re property owners, but please use your common sense. Don’t sell the landlord’s sofa!

Please note: our HOA covenants about tidy properties still apply, please do not leave your yard sale items outside for an excessive period of time!

The Summer picnic!

When you ask, “Why pay dues?,” this is why! This is our biggest event of the year and ensures that we can all meet up, have fun and make sure everyone is heard in the neighborhood. Besides, who doesn’t like a good ‘ol fashioned cook-out?

The HOA provides: hot dogs, burgers, the fixins’, paper plates, napkins, cups.
